Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Free tier is permanent — no credit card, no expiry. Up to 3 vehicles and 2 users. Includes AI receipt scanning (5/month), GPS trips, service reminders, inspection checklists, compliance tracking, and single-vehicle PDF reports.
Is FleetTrack Pro priced in Australian dollars?
Yes. All pricing is in AUD. No USD conversion, no international pricing surprises. Designed specifically for Australian fleet operators.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of the Professional tier. No credit card required to start. After the trial, your account auto-downgrades to Free — your data is fully retained.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account automatically moves to the Free tier. All your vehicles, maintenance logs, receipts, trips, and compliance records are kept. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from within the app.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the app. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
